Polyvine - Heavy Duty Extreme Varnish - SATIN/ZIJDEGLANS - NL/FR - 1000ml

New water-based crosslinked polyurethane with advanced resin technology brings the highest protection single pack ever developed. Extreme Heavy Duty Varnish can be applied by brush, spray or roller. Apply 3 coats . Allow 2 hours in between coats and 24 hours after final coat before full use. Do not use in temperatures below 10 degrees C or in very high humidity. Lower temperatures will slow the final cure time.
On porous surfaces dilute the first coat 10% with water.

Varnishes are prone to failure when applied to Oak externally and Oily hardwoods like Iroko.
A wood oil is recommended here. 

Application on water based paints can evoke bleed-trough. Always do a test application.

Drying time 30-60mins
Recoat time 1-2 hrs
Cure time 16 hours in ideal conditions. Allow 48 hours before heavy use eg. furniture dragging, and several days before covering with carpet.
